      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope some one can help activated BT cloud on Thursday or Friday last week and still cannot access it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting UN2 error when try going to web version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and when try to see status in my account&amp;nbsp; get -"&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry,there's been a error while fetching your cloud details"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry you can't access your cloud. Are you able to post some screen shots&amp;nbsp;of what you're seeing?&lt;/P&gt;
