Won't connect to landing page.

I recently got a new laptop: inspiron 5759, and I tried connecting to the by WiFi hotspot. My browser says there's no internet and won't take me to the landing page. I've tried manually putting in a couple of btwifi sites: https://btwifi.com:(some numbers I don't remember), https://btwifi.co.uk/

None of them allow me to connect.

Please help.

if you go to wifi on laptop and the available networks can you see BTWIFI from your own BT Hub? if so try and connect to that using BTID and password
