When I go to 'your security' to manage / download BT Virus Protect to my Windows Desktop, the account page only shows 'BT NetProtect Plus for Mac' under subscriptions and the option to download is 'greyed' out. When I go to progress an order for BT Virus Protect I get the following message 'Good News- You get BT Virus Protect included for free as part of your current service' (which I know anyway) .
