    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My BT Cloud has just decided to give up the ghost! I was working on it fine and then it came up with a problem and now wont let me login - says my BT account isn't authorised to use BT Cloud, also had a UN2 error on the web site. I have seen a few others complaining about similar issues today. Is there a back end system problem that is impacting the service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Muzy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Cloud: Error code UN2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, today I've started to get an error when logging in to BT Cloud – error code UN2. I've checked my account and it's included but when I click "Manage" it says, "Sorry,there's been a error while fetching your cloud details." so I guess that has something to do with it? Anyone know how to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting exactly the same error message.&amp;nbsp; Only got one account ID and I've been using BT Cloud for years.&amp;nbsp; Can't see any messages anywhere on the BT Website about problems with BT Cloud. Anyone else heard is something's wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here.&amp;nbsp; Was ok first thing this morning.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Cloud app and web interface login to cloud all not working at present.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Another one here, unable to sign in and getting the message "It doesn't look you are eligible for BT Cloud on this BT ID"....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd just recently started to use it for the first time, after having it for years.&amp;nbsp; Thought I might as well take advantage of the generous amount of data storage as my Google Drive was filling. Hmmm.&amp;nbsp; Seems like I shouldn't plan on being able to get the data back when I want it..... not exactly a good USP for a cloud drive service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Me, too and I am stuck in an endless loop on the website trying to find out where to send a message as apparently this is the best way to contact them!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I go into 'manage my service' it just takes me to a sales page to buy a new broadband account (why?) and anywhere that it says 'contact us' it just takes you to a list of FAQs, none of which is 'we've been tinkering with the BT Cloud again and managed to wreck your service, just like we did a couple of years ago which took six months to fix'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last time I had to get some BT person to shadow my screen to prove that I had no Cloud access because they wouldn't believe me.&amp;nbsp; So looking forward to doing this again (access via the app doesn't work either and it just tells me that the page no longer exists).&amp;nbsp; It would just be nice to have some reassurance that it's not going to take six months to fix again and that my data hasn't been deleted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Started to saw the same problem this morning. The app shows the error, web login shows the error. I even checked my BT account to see if BT Cloud service is still in my package, and yes I'm eligible for BT Cloud service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. Under My BT /My Products the BT CLOUD TILE says activate in red but clicking it does not work. I have been using BT Cloud for months with no issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
