    <description>&lt;P&gt;The MyBT app stopped working and comes up with a error message when trying to log in. It worked on 21/8/2020 but would no longer work by Saturday. I have deleted and reinstalled and it still won’t work. I also phoned BT on Sunday and I am still awaiting a response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
