    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm running BT Cloud app on my Mac OS 10.15 and it has started to freeze and nothing syncs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've rung the helpdesk and after an hour and being put through to 5 different people and cut off twice they said "we only provide support for the Cloud account and there's nothing wrong with your account". &amp;nbsp;I should have known I wasn't speaking to anyone who knew what they were doing when he said "what does hanging mean?" when I explained my problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;so there doesn't seem to be any tech support for the Cloud app. honestly, you couldn't make it up - no one would believe BT could be THAT useless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
