Ordered broadband but can’t use BT WI-FI

Hi there,

I ordered BT broadband last week and was told in my confirmation email (and when I track my order) that I can use BT Wi-fi while I wait for installation later in the month. But every time I use my BT ID to log in to BT Wi-fi it tells me that the log in details are incorrect, even though I know that they are. This is super disappointing as the access to BT Wi-fi during the waiting period was one of the reasons I ended up going for BT. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
