      <title>Problems with MY BT App</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble logging into the MY BT App. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing. I've spoken to the helpline and we went through uninstalling again and managed to get in. I went to log in later in the day and no go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I left a review on play store and a developer suggested uninstall and then changing my password. I've done this but still can't log in. The developer says he'd like to get this investigated and that I should post a question on the community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please. Why can't I log into the App.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
