BT wi fi

Hi, I'm a bt broadband customer and can login to the BT.com. However, when trying to log into BT wi fi, I get a notification that my log in details are incorrect. Can someone help? Thank you.

Are you using your BTID and password not email

Hello, it says that BT ID is the email address. I've tried the account number too, no luck. Thank you

Did you actually try BTID?

are you a new customer or been with BT for years

We've been with bt for a while. The only BT ID I know is the email address. Where should I be able to find any other BT ID? Thank you

If a while do you have a btopenworld.com email address

Possibly, I will have to dig that up. Never used it, but I think it was there when we set up the first contract. I will give it a go. Thank you

it should be same as your btinternet.com address just btopenworld.com instead

Hi again. So I've checked, we only got an @btinternet.com email address, never used it. However, I read somewhere on here, that you don't have to use the BT email address. Also, on our correspondence from BT, it clearly states what the BT ID is. And it is not a BT email address, just our regular one.
