Parental controls - not activating

I try activating parental controls and get the message that it will update in a couple of hours.

Tried a few times but it never seems to activate?

I am experiencing the same problem. I have specified several mainstream websites to be blocked such as IMDB and parental controls does NOT block them. I get confirmation emails from BT but they are not blocked. I have formally raised this as a problem with BT and they are working on it, but they seem to be unsure what is causing it. I'm happy to wait for the outcome, but this seems to be a problem that has occurred before to several users. Paddy asked the OP to receive a msg, and this is now marked as 'solved'. What was the solution please?
