The moderation team are really busy at the moment so the quickest way to raise this with BT would be to call 0800 800 150. It may need to be referred to a specialist team by the helpdesk as these faults can be quite complex. Post back and let me know how you get on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
