Parental Controls not working

Hi there,

My parental controls have just stopped working and even though I have ticked the relevant boxes its still allows one to see explicit content which is very concerning.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Peter48 welcome to the forum and sorry the Parental Controls are not working as that is concerning.

Are you using a VPN?

Check you are using BT's DNS settings?

To be honest, I'm not sure but I think we do have a VPN as a friend set it up for me but the parental controls have been working just fine until recently. Is there a default re-reset that I can do?

Hi @Peter48 You would be best to check with your friend and confirm if a VPN is set up. The VPN can be used to circumvent the parental controls.
