    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I do a search on BT Cloud I get this message :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been going on for many months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even searching in a sub-directory with few files (by way of a test) the same message appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's high time BT fixed this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
