bt web protect willn't activate

Hi @clarts welcome to the forum and sorry you can't activate BT Web Protect.

Have a look at Set Up and Use Web Protect and see if this helps you get it set up.

If you are still unable to get it set up do you get any error message? and what is the device and OS which you are trying to set it up on?

The bt web protect was turned off by myself this was a mistake on the 3rd of November bt sent an e mail to inform me that it was off .Logged onto my bt to switch it back on the sequence was your security ,bt web protect ,switch on , your bt web protect will be turned on within the next 2 hours well this has never happened
