Unable to manage BT Wi-Fi : Sorry something's gone wrong

I am unable to access my BT Wi-Fi extra on my account. I go to my products and then click on 'learn more' for BT Wi-Fi and I receive an error message saying "Sorry something's gone wrong". I have another BT account and that one does not have any issues; the page loads correctly and I am given the option to Opt Out of BT Wi-Fi etc.

I called BT a while ago explaining the situation but sadly no solution was offered. Has anyone else had this issue?
