Parental Controls won’t activate

Hi, I’ve tried to turn on the Parental Controls via the BT app and online, I get a green message saying it will be active within 2hrs.....but it doesn’t activate! Any ideas I can try without having to ring BT and spend hours on hold??

Hi @Squeaky76, welcome to the forum and sorry the Parental Controls won't activate.

Are you able to login to your MyBT on a laptop or PC and see if the activation works ok there? Post back and let me know how you get on.

Hi, I’ve tried turning it on via the BT web page, still the same. My Web Protect won’t enable either?!
