True Key Premium Expired

I use True Key which comes free with BT Broadband. Today I got a message that Premium has expired and I have 0 (zero) logins left.

I seem to remember this happening before.

Is this the same issue or has the BT MacAfee deal been dropped?

Hi @Navrig, sorry that you are getting this message when you use True Key.
Are you still getting this message today?

It is still happening on the Chrome Browser add-in but doesn't happen in the Android app. I use the Chrome browser on two machines, one is Windows and the other a Chromebook. Both show the same issue.

It happened previously to several people on here and after being reported was fixed.

Maybe 12 or 4 months ago.

The issue has gone away. Not sure if there was intervention but if there was - thanks.
