BT Cloud Help

Hi, does anyone use BT as their main cloud storage? I wanted to start using it but I can't seem to add or make folders within BT cloud to then upload my photos to? Any ideas? Thanks

You can create folders on the cloud by creating them in the synchronized folder on your PC but I'd be very careful about running the BTcloud app at the moment, there's a large thread on this forum (actually several merged threads) from people having trouble with the latest version of the app.

Thanks. Overall, is BT Cloud a good service? I'm thinking of slowly moving over once my onedrive subscription ends.
