Now it seem very unreliable&nbsp; and does not back -up all entries.&nbsp; I used to be able to see date across all connected PCs and devices, now it seem to be hit or miss!</P><P>I was told recently after calling the help line that the problem was known to BT and they will be fixing it. Do other used have the same problem?
