Hi licquorice,

Ok, thanks.

I must admit, I don't now and I don't like using public wifi unless of course it is secured i.e. padlock sign.

BT WifiX is secured, but that still leaves the nagging question about the 'not verified' and 'expired' issue, it never used to be like that. Are BT aware of this issue and if so, are they going to fix it?

Regards
BTWifi Configuration Profile - Apple iphone 6s

Good afternoon,

Today, I noticed whilst looking at my iphone [6s] that under 'Settings --> General --> Profile [BTWifi], that my BT configuration profile states that it is "not verified" [see image1].

Click on 'more details' and you see [image2] "Expired: 8 February 2019".

Click into that and scroll down and you see [image3] that it says, "Key Usage - Critical Yes - Usage Digital Signature".

All the other information which I have not provided appears ok.

I suppose what my question is, is this something to be concerned about? [I must admit, I have not looked at this in years]

Do I really need this BT Configuration profile and if not, can I simply "remove profile" safely without any ramafications?

If I remove it, what will happen next?

Or can I simply just leave it and am I worrying for nothing?

Many thanks

Regards
