    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've unfortunately had to do a fresh install of windows which has of course deleted my files in the process. I've got the BT desktop client downloaded, but there is no option to restore my backed up files? I understand there are issues with this new version of the app but I didn't see any mention of restoring a backup. Its 100gb of files and I cannot download them from the web client on chrome. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can't do it through your browser, you're just going to have to hope they fix the client quickly. There's no other option&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is no longer a "backup" button, you have to chose a folder on your pc and click 'selective download' as the guide says. This worked and I'm now downloading my cloud backup onto my computer, although it seems the download speeds have been throttled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
