    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using the My BT App to manage my Parental Controls on my wifi network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the last few days I have been unable to access the 'products' page in the app. I am getting messages about there being problems accessing at the moment, please try later. I have managed to access parental controls via the browser on my iMac. Is there a problem with the My BT App at the moment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
