Has anybody had an issue with seeing their account on the app. I've been trying for a week and it keep getting there is a problem and they are trying to resolve it. I want to go into block scam numbers on my landline.

No problem with app, but good luck with trying to block scammers. The only way to block them is with a call blocking phone where un-whitelisted numbers have to announce themselves.

Hi @Angela1966 there is a known problem with the app at the moment and we hope to have it fixed in a couple of days, I'm sorry about the inconvenience caused. In the meantime, if you log in to the MyBT website in a browser you'll be able to manage the call protect there.

Thank you , have logged in on PC and done it, it's just more convenient on the app. Hope its resolved soon.
