Macbook can't connect to BT Wifi hotspot

For whatever reason, my Macbook now can't connect to the BT Wifi hotspot, despite being fine for a number of days. Other devices in my home are able to connect no problem.

When I open Chrome it doesn't even load up the page I need to log in to my account, and when I manually search the login page, it doesn't load either.

Any thoughts?

Afraid not! To get the loading page to come up when I opened chrome, I just had to google it and then refresh everytime I wanted to use it. Fortunately I got my wifi in my flat only a couple of days after, so it wasn't the end of the world. Sorry!
