BT Virus Protect and Chromebooks

Hi there - BT Virus Protect does not seem to be compatible with HP Chomebooks and their operating system - is any way around this?

which model do you have? some models support the running of Android apps, click the link for a list of them.

I had a look at the link you posted but couldn’t tell if it was there.

Try downloading it from the Google Play Store, you won't be allowed to if it's not compatible and you will receive a warning instead

Why do you need it. Chromebooks have an inbuilt virus protection provided by Google via the cloud.

IT Works fine I have had a Lenovo Chromebook for several years and never had any Problem.IT is great for browsing the net. So when I don't need to fire up the PC and wait for it to boot up I just fire up the Chromebook and straight onto the web,

I had a nice guy from HP support tell me all about the inbuilt virus protection. Good aftersales customer service!

Great glad you are sorted. Yes my PC is Hp and the customer support is quite good. Enjoy the Chromebook.
