    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having just switched to BT Fibre, I have set up BT Cloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Initially as an experiment I have just assigned one folder to be backed-up to the Cloud daily. This worked the first time, but now - every time that I shut down my PC - when I start up again then after a while I get a message from Cloud saying that it can't find the folder and I have to re-assign it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at the Help FAQs it talks about using the Cloud 'dashboard', but the Cloud icon on my desktop tray does not offer any dashboard option.&amp;nbsp; Nor do I get any of the stuff shown under 'PC and Mac' on this page&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/use-bt-cloud-to-back-up-content-and-devices/how-do-i-add-or-change-what-automatically-backs-up-to-bt-cloud-" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/use-bt-cloud-to-back-up-content-and-devices/how-do-i-add-or-change-what-automatically-backs-up-to-bt-cloud-&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
