    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was installing BT antivirus software on my mobile but it failed to complete the installation, but then a message ‘&lt;STRONG&gt;unfortunately system UI tuner has stopped&lt;/STRONG&gt;’ appeared and now I cannot get rid of it. Now the phone only displays this message and I cannot really use it anymore, is there a link I can send to the mobile from my own laptop to uninstall all of this BT software returning the phone to its original status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMC2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can't get into the settings menu, check online for the procedure to perform a factory reset. If it's an Android phone then it's probably either one of these two.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Switch phone off, press and hold Volume &lt;STRONG&gt;down&lt;/STRONG&gt; whilst powering it back up or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Switch phone off, press and hold Volume &lt;STRONG&gt;up&lt;/STRONG&gt; whilst powering it back up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of those should bring you to the service menu, one of the options of which is factory reset&lt;/P&gt;</description>
