      <title>BT Cloud Installation Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just activated BT Cloud after switching to BT. However when installing&amp;nbsp; the desktop app on a brand new laptop the installation hangs on a window reading redirecting please wait. (This is the window where the login credentials are entered). If I close this window and right click on the BT Cloud in the notification area a login window pops up but am unable to enter the email address and password as it is all greyed out. The version is 20.6.1&lt;/P&gt;</description>
