Unable to restore folders larger than 2GB from the trash folder. I’ve tried the desktop and web client but nothing works. Is there a way to back-up or copy the trash folder from the web client to desktop?

How about restoring my BT Cloud to a previous version? Or, can BT simply move the files from trash back to their original location for me?
