    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hi,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have applied the 10.01 update from OnePlus for my 5T. But when I request a BT Virus Protect mobile app activation code from my phone, I get this error:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"We had trouble connecting to the network. Please try later"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My connectivity is fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was going to remove and add back my device from BT Virus Protect, but it says the device will be removed for ever! What does this mean? Will I be able to add it back against?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lee&lt;/P&gt;</description>
