    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just spent over an hour trying to get Windows 10 BT Cloud app to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eventually I decided to switch off 2 factor authentication on my bt account ... and hey presto i could now connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known issue and will it be fixed so I can turn back on 2 factor authentication for my bt account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
