    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/281695"&gt;@Hils1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could be an issue with Smart Setup being turned on in the SmartHub - turning off may well solve this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other possibility is the 2.4 &amp;amp; 5 GHZ bands having the same name which can be changed on the SmartHub 1 but not (yet) on the SmartHub 2. Here the solution might as simple as turning off the 5 GHZ wifi band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT app on iPad drops out after a few seconds. Ok on iPhone. Had fibre broadband installed very recently. No probs before that&lt;/P&gt;</description>
