    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a login window for BT cloud that will not go, cannot close it down, it will not accept my login info, I just have to keep it minimized , it the genuine article,&amp;nbsp; no&amp;nbsp; virus on&amp;nbsp; PC, I am able to login etc using another window, just cannot get rid of this other one, anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/138938"&gt;@samber&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is referring to a Windows PC, then you can try this to force that Window to close:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log out of Cloud on the window that works and close all Windows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start Task Manager&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Apps that are working should appear at the top, hopefully just the one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, right click and select End Task.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
