log on window that will not go

Hello

I have a login window for BT cloud that will not go, cannot close it down, it will not accept my login info, I just have to keep it minimized , it the genuine article, no virus on PC, I am able to login etc using another window, just cannot get rid of this other one, anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance

If this is referring to a Windows PC, then you can try this to force that Window to close:

Log out of Cloud on the window that works and close all Windows.

Start Task Manager

The Apps that are working should appear at the top, hopefully just the one.

If so, right click and select End Task.
