Red warning triangle

I have BT Virus protect. A red warning triangle has appeared against a desktop listed in my protected devices. The details of the desktop do not match my device, which is protected but not on the list! In addition, how do I remove devices I no longer have All help appreciated. Thanks in advance

Thank you for posting.

If you a look at how to manage your licences you can find more information there around adding and removing devices.

You can do this by login into your MY and clicking on "Manage Extra" and then follow the steps that link.
