Bt Virus Protect won't update

Just recently my Bt Virus Protect will not update protection i have it turned on to auto update and every few hours get a banner saying "an error occurred whist trying to update", the same if it try to update manually.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to read about the problems with your BT Virus Protect.

Have you uninstalled the service and downloaded it again? If not, can you try that to make sure your copy hasn't been corrupted.
