    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have been using BT cloud for years.&amp;nbsp; I have one android phone backing up and one iphone.&amp;nbsp; The iphone app is just not backing up and&amp;nbsp; the actual file has disappeared when looking for it on the phone app to see where my back ups got to.&amp;nbsp; Weirdly the separate iphone folder can be viewed when I check from the android or my windows pc.&amp;nbsp; I have tried deleting and installing the app again but this has not helped.&amp;nbsp; It looks like it has not backed up since the middle of June when looking at the back up folder from my other devices.&amp;nbsp; Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
