    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to launch the BT Cloud app from my iMac. Tried un- and reinstalling the app but when I click it just disappears and nothing happens. It's a 2010 iMac running 12.1.2 with no more IOS upgrades possible so is that an issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
