      <title>BT TV App - Device Management</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to update the devices that I have registered in the BT TV app. One device registered but the second slot shows a padlock. Has been like this for months. Any ideas how to clear so I can register new iPad? Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have had this message showing for months. So the 30 days message is meaningless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
