BT CLOUD - I have a new PC - can I move the Cloud backups ?

I was using BT Cloud to backup a large Network folder (500GB) which has my photos . I have just bought a new Windows PC, so BT Cloud now shows me as having two PC backup folders - OLD_PC and NEW_PC. The Photos are still stored shown as a backup from the original PC - ie OLD_PC.PHOTOS .. but on-going backup has stopped as I no longer use that PC.

Is it possible to move the Photos folder from OLD_PC to NEW_PC within the cloud? I suppose that I could delete OLD_PC and load them up again - but that's a lot of data to move if there is a simpler way. I have gone through the User Guide, but I couldn't find anything that seemed to help.

I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me how to move the folder - or at least tell me if its not possible.

Its not possible to move a folder from one repository to another within the cloud unfortunately.

Thanks for the reply. Its not good news, but it is what I was afraid of.

So, uploading 500GB for the second time, here I come!

You can guess that BT is a telecoms company !
