    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having lost 40 min with the BT on line chat I am no further ahead . I have a MAC and the vursu protect will not allow firewall or auto updates. This was working ok last week. Who can I get in touch with to help solve this problem ideally a human and based in the UK&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No idea as I am a PC user. I would just like to mention that ALL BT support staff are human and are UK based.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the Mac support?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
