&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you need reassurance that your Virus Protect is active and up to date then follow these steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Double-click the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;M icon&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;in your taskbar&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Navigation&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and select the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Automatic Updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;link&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Turn On&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;button. (This will only appear if Updates are switched off)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify that BT Virus Protect Updates are now enabled. Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Download&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to install updates automatically. Then click on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Done&lt;/STRONG&gt;. If updates are enabled, check after some time that the "Updates are current"&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Bt Virus Protect / McAfee</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No problems with BT virus protect ( McAfee) But keep getting emails from McAfee saying my protection has finished and need to re-join /pay for service. Why should I need to do this? I have BT Virus protect as part of my BT package ?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Is it a scam ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
