    <description>Hello John&lt;BR /&gt;Yes I have done that, after signing on to my Bt Cloud it gives you access to downloading BT Cloud Desktop App after clicking onto to your Name right top corner I deleted the old App first. It done the same Ikon disappears after 10 seconds.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Bt Cloud App Rrefuses to Syc with BT have reset windows 10 computer to default. Ikon will dissapear in taskbar after 10 seconds. was ok for3 years.&amp;nbsp; Profile and password OK as I can sign on to Cloud direct but Just the App is a Problem file version 21.4.10.0 downloaded from my BT Cloud atfter I sign on.&amp;nbsp; Have BT virus protect&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Would you try uninstalling the app and install it again and let us know if that resolves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
