Parental Controls

Hi there,

I have been trying to set up parental controls, but for some reason they don’t seem to be blocking anything. I have put them on max setting and have left it for a couple weeks, but still nothing. I have spoke to BT on the phone and everything they suggested hasn’t worked either. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, @DominicG Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see your parental controls aren't working. Do you use a VPN and have they worked previously?

Hi Neil, no I don’t use a VPN and this is the first time setting it up.
