BT Protect and MAC OS 15 doesn't open

Hello has anyone managed to get the BT protect window to open in macOS 15? Feels like BT haven't bothered to test this environment at all? When clicking the option to open the BT Protect from the icon in the top menu the app appears to momentarily run and then disappears ! Grateful for any info or work arounds, thanks Steve

Hi @stsxt05 I'm sorry you're having issues opening BT Virus protect on your Mac, can you try deleting and reinstalling it? Post back and let me know if that works.

Hello Neil I really appreciate your prompt reply, I had already tried a complete reinstall from deleting it before posting, that unfortunately didn't solve the problem, do you know if BT Protect has been optimised or approved by Apple for use with the latest version of MACOS15? thanks Steve
