Parental Controls not activating and blocking safe sites

Hi. For the past week or so every time I attempt to use access the web, I get a message telling asking me to active my parental controls. It then blocks the page. This is extremely frustrating as I work from home and need to access hundreds of different sites everyday.

I've logged on to My BT account several times to active the setting, but every time I get the same message 'Your services will active in the next 2 hours'. They never do.

Please help.

Hi @scanning161, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting about the Parental Controls.

Would you check that the Parental Controls are showing as Active by logging into your BTID?
