My bt on android

I have a btid and use mybt fine on my laptop, but needed mybt app to manage halo3+. The app will not allow me to sign in until i validate my btid using the email sent to me many years ago and deleted several laptops ago. The app then says i can sign in somewhere unspecified and follow instructions to get the email resent. However when i do sign in i am taken to a general home page for mybt with no help or instructions. And no means of contacting BT. I now have a useless halo 3+ and a useless MyBT app

Forget any instructions to enter historic passwords, they won't be valid now anyway. Just enter the password you normally use

Thank you. I have tried that and instead of opening the app it takes me to what seems to be the website!!

I can't get any the app up and running. But thanks anyway

Hi @Ma7, sorry you can't get access to the apps.

Have you had another BT account number in the past?
As you can access the MyBT ok on the laptop please check the account number is the one with the Halo 3+?
