    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi have just got BT Sync back up and running after talking with cloud support, so many thanks for that. But I now seem to have a problem accessing my BT Cloud dashboard, I get no option to start it from the sys tray icon but I can access web launch and preferences aswell as three dots. If anybody has any suggestions I would be grateful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
