BT Wbsite links failed

Hi Subscribers

The Select Board looks irrelevant, at least it has BT in it. Trying to start up a BT speed test, the link failed >>

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to my.bt.com.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem".

Then I found that further link attempts on the wsite would give the same result. Has anyone come across this before? Trying to get help directly from BT? +*~KING HOPELESS. Any advice most welcome.

Hi, @Lojong welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you had difficulty running the BT Broadband speed test, by any chance are you using a VPN to access the internet? If you are you'll need to disable that first.

This is the BT Broadband speed test link. You'll need to log in with your BT ID and password.
