      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows Defender is just included by Microsoft as another annoyance to dispute that a pup is present that other security programs don't detect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Switching&amp;nbsp; the computer on his hazardous as far as Microsoft is&amp;nbsp; concerned&lt;/P&gt;</description>
