      <title>Smart Hub 2 and Printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently replaced my Home Hub 3 and ADSL(?) box with a Smart Hub 2 and&lt;BR /&gt;now I cannot scan from the printer console button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can print and scan from my computer OK so each device is communicating with each other.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printer is an Epson ET-4750 and is connected by WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If&amp;nbsp;I connect by a wired LAN cable it still doesn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've turned off Smart Setup and 5GHz is switched off temporarily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the router firewall blocking the printer and if so how do I allow it through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried resetting the printer back to factory and then starting as if new&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you're scanning to a PC or laptop, from that device (the one you're scanning to), left click the network icon in your SystemTray and click on the Properties link for your connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check that the network type has been correctly idenitified as Private&lt;/P&gt;</description>
